Seminar Script:

BEFORE THE SEMINAR


***Ladies and Gentlemen, as we are about to start, please be seated.
I have a few reminders to make before we begin today’s talk.
First, i would like to seek your cooperation in completing the seminar. Please switch your
mobile phones to silent mode to avoid interruption.

BEGINNING
*** Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, fellow teachers. It is my pleasure to be an emcee
for this seminar. I am Antoniette Parce, DPE, and on behalf of DPE batch 2019, i would like
to extend a very warm welcome to all of you. We appreciate you taking off your busy
Saturday schedules to join us today. We hope you will learn a lot today, we have lined-up for
you to be fruitful and engaging

PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM:


***before we officially start, may i invite everyone for a prayer, to be led by ____
May i request all of you to stand for invocation and national anthem.

OPENING REMARKS
*** to begin this program, we are pleased to have Ms. Faye Cerna, my DPE classmate, to
deliver the opening remarks

PRESENTATION:
***before we formally start our seminar proper, Mr. Cam Dosdos has something for us to set
the mood. He will impart to us some of his hidden talents. Friends, let’s all welcome, our very
own DPE friend, Mr. Cam Dosdos!

***Gee, what a refreshing discovery we just had from you, Cam! Thank you!

BEFORE THE SEMINAR:


***Well now, I’m sure all of you (me as well) are eager to listen on our first topic, The
Innovative Integration for Language Arts. From the title itself, it sounds interesting, the
more with speakers.
The first one is a very artistic young lady, A graduate of Corporate Communication in
the University of San Carlos and currently teaching elementary math and high school
computer classes in Cebu Learning Foundation
The other one is also a very artistic guy,(definitely, it runs it in their blood) A graduate
of Fine Arts major in Advertising, and had his masters in Literature, also in USC and is
now teaching arts and literature also in their family-owned school, Cebu Learning
Foundation (CLF) ........”classmates” I’m proud to introduce to you, our DPE
classmates, a very talented cousins, Ms. Amanda Martinez Cabatingan and Mr. Luis
Manuel Martinez Diores.

***Thank you, Amanda and Luis for that very enriching topic, as an English major, I can
surely benefit from this.
***we will be presenting all the topics, before our speakers entertain your questions during
the activity/open forum later.
Proceeding to our next topic on Question Formulation Technique, which will be handled
by our next resource speaker who is
full-pledge graduate in Master in Education major in Administration and Supervision, a
member of Philippine historical association, central Visayas, cebu city division and
district demonstration teaching on araling panlipunan.
Also a resource speaker on curricum development and teaching strategies such as
A. Understanding by Design Approach
B. Assessment on K to 12 - KPUP
C. Updates on Teaching Strategies
D. K to 12 Lesson Planning -
He is a Candidate for Master Teacher in Araling Panlipunan
And a dedicated and supportive mentor to some of our student teachers in Zapatera National
HighScahool,
Batchmates, let’s all welcome, as i’ll give the floor to Mr. Adonis Van M. Ariston

Before closing remarks:


I can see and feel how productive our Saturday morning is. Hope you all agree with me. But
our learnings and day will be lacking without hearing from our very passionate and one-of
-the finest teachers in town, our very own guru Ms. Judith Dabon, a round of applause
please, as we heed for her closing remarks

Thank you very much ___ as a token of appreciation___for his/her time and valuable
contribution, may i call on/request, invite__to kindly present a memento to the guest speaker.
