Guest entering enterance (main) door


Bellboy : Good morning Mam. Welcome to Edotel Kenari Yogyakarta. How
may I assist you?
Guest : of course
Guest do the check in process and bellboy stacking her luggages on their trolley,
then wait near the front desk. Bellboy took key of the guest room from
receptionist

Reception ask bellboy to escourt the guest to the room


GSA : bellboy please, Yofhi please escourt Ms. Emma to her room
Bellboy : alright
Bellboy : Ms. Emma, let me assist you to your room
Guest : sure
Bellboy : Ms. Emma it’s your first time visit Edotel Kenari Yogyakarta?
Guest : Yeah, it’s my first time
Bellboy : our hotel have 20 rooms and 3rd floor. We have moderate and junior
suite. You will stay in Junior suite room, number 201 right?
Guest : yeah, second floor?
Bellboy : yes, Ms. Emma our breakfast time at 7 till 10 in restaurant near lobby.
Our musholla in first floor near the front desk.
Guest : Okey

Bellboy open the door

Bellboy : well Mam, this is your room number 201. You have street view and
before you entire the room, would you mind if I open the door and check your
room first?
Guest : no problem
Bellboy : excuse me Ms. Emma, May I explain your room facilities now?
Guest : Yes, please
Bellboy : alright, we start from the corner first, this is your telephone. If you
need anything help you can call at ext 1 to the telephone operator
Guest : awkay
Bellboy : well, this is your television Mam, it has 20 channel. If you want to
know about music please choose channel 7, for a local and international channel
please find it on the channel list
Guest : great
Bellboy : this is your refrigerator and mini bar. We serve a soft drink, beer and
milk with the mini bar price list.
Guest : Ok
Bellboy : well this is your wardrobe. Please hanging your cloth with the hanger.
This is a laundry bag. If you want to laundry in our hotel please put your dirty
chlotes in the laundry bag. Then you can call at ext 5 for the laundry services
Guest : alright
Bellboy : This is your luggage rack. Please put your luggage over here. And this
is your dressing table. If you have a beauty case or hand bag, please put on the
dressing table.
Guest : Lovely
Bellboy : Now.. we move to your bath room Mam. This is your shower, you
have cold and hot water. If you want hot water please press the red button and
for cold water please press the blue one. This is your toilet bowl. For flashing,
you just press the flashing button on the toilet bowl
Guest : Sure…
Bellboy : This is your Bath tub, Mam. You could enjoy the hot or cold water.
The operation is same with your shower. Red button for hot water and blue
button for cold water.
Guest : Fantastic…
Bellboy : This is your washbasin. Please wash your hand or face with the guest
amenities. Our room attendant will change or refill your amenities every day.
Guest : Good…
Bellboy : That’s all about the bath room. Please follow me Mam
Guest : Sure
Bellboy : That’s all about the room facilities that I could explain to you. This is
your room key
Guest : Alright
Bellboy : Is there anything else, Mam?
Guest : No… thanks.. all is clear.
Bellboy : My Pleasure, Ms. Emma. Please let me know If you need any help,
you can call me at ext number 1.
Guest : I think is enough
Bellboy : Thank you for your time, have a nice stay with us. Good morning
Guest : Morning, wait this is for you (giving tips)
Bellboy : thank you
Guest : bye
