(RINGKASAN) SUMMARY
In general, the findings of HIV and AIDS cases in Southeast Sulawesi shows a
very worrying trend, within the last 5 years the overall number of cases has
increased by almost doubled. In 2013, there were 51 people living with HIV and
60 AIDS, in 2017 the figure had risen as much as 76 people living with HIV and
126 AIDS. Total of 16 adolescent age range 15-24 years old and 98 people in the
age range 25-49 years old are positive AIDS (Southeast Sulawesi Health Profile,
2017).
Based on this, we need a real action to make appropriate health promotion
methods to analyze the opportunities that exist so that the aim of the program can
be achieved. Overall these measures we packed in program KFJ (Kespro For
Junior): Adolescent Reproductive Health Education Based Applications As Step
to Creating a Healthy and Prosperous Generation Free of HIV/AIDS Early in
Achieving the SDGs in Kendari City.
KFJ (Kespro For Junior) is a method of health promotion using the latest android-
based applications for the distribution of information and media motivation as a
concern for the increasingly worrying situation about reproductive health in
particular spread of HIV/AIDS in Southeast Sulawesi and revealing to the young
generation to remove the negative stigma or perception wrong about ODHA
(Orang dengan HIV/AIDS-Bahasa Indoensia).
Implementer of this program is Admin Kespro Faculty of Public Health, Halu
Oleo University which consists of 4 people who were recruited and in
collaboration with the writer and be guided by expert lecturers in the scope of
Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University. Cooperation of opinions and
educational methods will always be communicated to maximize the delivery of
programs so the intended purpose can be achieved.
Implementation of the program KFJ (Kespro For Junior) as an first activity of
program, targeting adolescents in Kendari as areas with a prevalence of HIV /
AIDS is the highest scope of the Southeast Sulawesi.
Preparation and maturation of the concept by independent skill of the writer and
consultation to the lecturer of adviser, accompanied inputs from other expert
lecturer who are considered competent in this field for the diversification of the
content and information that will be presented at the program and the evaluation
method and its appeal.
Evaluation form of Tryout held in the end of each session to know the absorption
of materies. The final examination held at the end of the whole learning 1st period,
with a different format, participants are asked to upload a photo invite two other
people with paper contains writings of reproductive health campaign and
dismissed the negative stigma against people who living with HIV/AIDS and
share to the social media. It aims to campaign for positive values of learning and
knowledge of HIV/AIDS, as well as reducing the negative image of people living
with HIV/AIDS in the community through this campaign. The participant who get
a lot of likes will get a prize at the end of the 1st period of launch this application.
Reproductive health education should be considered as part of the educational
process that has the objective to strengthen the foundations of knowledge and
personality development. Through reproductive health education for adolescents
is an effort to increase understanding, knowledge, attitudes, and positive behavior
on reproductive and sexual health, and to increase the degree of reproduction.
