Work and Experience

Network Operation Center Engineer at Zain-Jordan


(August 2014 to now).

 Providing and maintaining the best possible grade of service to customers in terms of
network availability, performance and quality.
 Supporting the monitoring and troubleshooting of technical systems for the Mobile
Telecommunications Systems (Telecom Core, Radio Access Network, Transmission links
(Optical and Microwave) and IP network.
 Building Web based Dashboards using Python Plotly, matplotlib, seaborn and Data
Visualization.
 Responsible for answering requests within the SLA, opening issues and resolving issues in
a timely manner, in addition to serving as the first level of escalation
 Dealing with Huawei M2000/U2000 Systems.
 Escalating the service affecting and degradation issues to the concern departments
 Perform all day-to-day network monitoring activities and health checks at the Network
Operation Center for rapid recovery of network faults, outages and performance issues.

TDM Group (May 2014 to August 2014) as a Service Desk and Technical
Support Engineer. (3 Months)

 Support remotely End users' issue with Computers, laptops, printers, outlook,
business applications and Citrix XenApp.
 Act as the customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC), and co-ordinate internal
resolver groups ensuring the highest level of customer service and

Summary:

 Supports the Weightwatchers (WW) IT Infrastructure as a NOC engineer. The WW


IT infrastructure spans over 10 countries. The environment consists of over five
thousand Windows, Unix and Linux servers, Cisco networking equipment, F5 load
balancers, Data Centre environmental monitors, IBM/Checkpoint firewalls and
security systems
Skills:

 Service level management including incident, change and release management


and responding to tickets per established SLAs and perform RCA.
 Maintain monitoring of corporate IT infrastructure (servers, storage, applications,
network)
 Familiar with Network management using Orion Solar Winds, Big-IP F5 Load
