5 Check fixing of Chicken mesh is completed, where required

B CHECKLIST DURING PLASTERING


1 Check for Mortar mix proportion & proper MIXING of Mortar.
2 Check for completion of Ceiling plaster prior to plastering of walls.
3 Check for true level surface, right angle, plumb, straight edge,
sharp corners?
4 Is mortar being consumed within the initial setting time of cement

3 Check for SUFFICIENCY OF CURING for SPECIFIED PERIOD.

1 Check and ensure employees deployed for Plastering works shall be


trained experienced and screened before they are placed at site.

2 Check for proper access and work platform with guardrail shall be
provided for this work

3 Check the Guardrail shall be with a Toe-board of minimum 100mm
height to prevent fall of Construction materials, Trowel, etc.

4 Check the Construction materials shall be hoisted using Rope and pulley
arrangement

5 Check that the Work-platform shall not be overloaded with materials and
men.

6 Check the Construction materials shall be so stored on the platform that


they do not fall down and do not create tripping hazard.

7 Check the housekeeping and ensure no electrical cable is lying on the floor
and all the cables are routed overhead
