Mary: Where is your new house, Kathy?


Kathy: It is near the lake.
Mary: Really? Is it big?
Kathy: Yes, it is. It has got a big garden and there are a lot of trees and beautiful flowers
in it.
Mary: Wow! How many bedrooms are there?
Kathy: There are four bedrooms upstairs. The walls are pink. There are wardrobes and
beds in the bedrooms. One bedroom is small with a shower.
Mary: Wonderful! Is the kitchen small or big?
Kathy: It is very big. There is a nice sink and the fridge is next to the sink. There is a
cooker between the sink and the dishwasher. The cupboards are really good.
Mary: What about the living room? Is there a fireplace in the living room?
Kathy: Oh, yes. It is great. The living room is next to the kitchen. There are two sofas,
and two armchairs. There is a big plant in the corner of the room. There is a
television . There is a nice Turkish rug on the floor.
Mary: Where is the bathroom?
Kathy: It is upstairs and opposite the small bedroom. There is a big bathtub, a toilet, and a
sink in it. Oh, Mary! My house is really beautiful and there is a big garage in the
garden, too.
