    Boron is the stage where there is further descent of the head in the womb. The baby is now descending in the womb.
    Row 2 Issues of first 3 elements (Li, Be, B): There is no separation. Intense dependence on the mother figure. Feel
    insecure to have independent existence. Feeling here is “the shell or covering will disappear and I will be left with
    no covering.”
    Dependence and need for attachment or covering or shell like a womb is highest in first column and lessens as you
    go from left to right.

    The main thing is to have stability and survive in the womb. The fetus in the womb is in a totally protective, stable
    and relatively unchanging environment.

    Vital Sensation in one of the cases of Dr. Sankaran: I will be lost. There will be no more of me. Will I exist or not?
    Main issue in the case is, “I cannot exist without the thing (womb/shell/mother figure). I will be zero. I need it.
    When there is a jerk, I am afraid that I will lose my grip on it.” I do not want to come out of this enjoyable, nice,
    loving, pleasant world. The opposite is to be alone, no one around you, nothing surrounding you and without that
    surrounding you are nothing, and you are all alone. If there is a jerk, shock, you will come out of the womb and you
    grasp because if you do not hold on, you may not exist. (If baby comes out at this stage, there is a real threat to
    fetus’s existence).
    Most characteristic symptoms of Borax we know are: fear of downward movement and need to cling and
    sensitivity towards noise. These become d/d points from boron. Jerks are main theme of Borax. Sudden noise or any
    sudden disturbance causes the fetus inside the womb to react with panic as if it is going to lose its comfort. It is the
    beginning of labor process, where there is tendency to go downwards even though the fetus is not ready. It is similar
    to traveling in a plane: if the plane has a little up and down movement you hold very tightly to your seat. The
    reaction is panic and holding on, grasping, clinging. Imp rubrics of Borax: Anxiety: motion from: agg: downward.
    Clinging children of: awake terrified, know no one, scream, and cling to those near. Frightened easily: shock at a
    distant. Starting, startled, news from unexpected (this instinctive reaction is indicative of acute miasm).
    Natrum in borax: Great sensitivity, headaches, herpetic lesions, insomnia. Emotionally, Borax patients are
    somewhat more practical, less refined, less developed. Most of the physical complaints center upon the mucous
    membranes. Sensitivity to noise and any herpetic or aphthous condition. Row 3 and column 1 issue: I am
    completely dependent on you for identity and nourishment.
