    5th NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

    Subject: - RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF THIRTY ONE ASSISTANT DIRECTORS (BS-17),


    INTELLIGENCE BUREAU

    With reference to their online application and subsequent appearance in the Screening
    MCQs Test for the subject post, the following candidates whose Names & Roll Numbers have been
    given below are advised to furnish attested copies (with signature and name stamp of attestation
    officer) of following requisite documents by registered post/ courier forthwith but not later than 15
    days (latest by 13.4.2019) of placement of this Notice on FPSC website, to determine their
    eligibility.

    4. 38763 Abdul Ghaffar • Matric/ Secondary School Certificate (showing date
    5 39120 Muhammad Zakria of birth) and Intermediate/ Higher Secondary School
    Certificate issued by Secretary, Board of
    Intermediate & Secondary Education.
    • Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree or
    equivalent in the relevant Subject.
    • Equivalence Certificate from HEC in case of
    possessing Degree other than the advertised one
    along with supporting documents (if any).
    • Transcripts/ DMCs etc. showing Grade/ Division and
    exact date of declaration of results.
    • In case of Govt. Servant, Original Departmental
    Permission Certificate (DPC) complete in all respects
    duly signed and stamped by Head of
    Department/Division/Ministry.
    • Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).

    2. Eligibility of the candidate in all respects shall be reckoned upto the closing date.

    3. Issuance of notice for submission of Bio-data form and allied documents does not confer any right upon
    the candidate to be short-listed for interview till detailed scrutiny of their documents by the Commission. While
    filling Bio-data form, it may be ensured that it has the same entries as in Online Application Form. Any entry in
    variation of Online Application Form shall not be accepted. The candidates who fail to furnish the requisite
    Bio-data form and documents within stipulated time or furnish incorrect/ incomplete information, their
    candidature shall be liable to rejection and no alibi or excuse shall be entertained subsequently.
