Bob has grocery store and this business has been in his family for more
than 30 years. Currently his business his growing because it has strong
customer base in a town. He Think that continuously providing customer
new product and services .He will Always have satisfied customer.
As Bob attends management seminar The topic was globalization and
impact of technology on business
He think that globalization is not an issue because he does not even want
to expand his business outside the city and internet has no application
in retail industry it would be waste of time.

KEEPING THINGS, THE SAME

SUMMARY:
The small Metropolitan hospital with 235 people workforce and it is
extremely efficient they want to increase its capacity from 60 to 190
beds.
The administrator Clara Hawkins feels that increase in size the hospital
will lose its efficiency and going to cause Many problems such as lose in
quality and we will become like every other institutions in local area large
and uncaring.
The chairman and board members believe that it would not be that hard
to find the people like our current staff, he ordered her a plan of action
hiring a dedicated staff.
As a result Clara decided to develop a plan of action and called a meeting
and discuss her ideas get suggestion from her people and said her staff
if we hiring staff through this plan so we can continue our hospital as the
showcase.
