Gain Access to Dropbox
In the latest update, you can get files from
Dropbox without switching to the Connection
tab. Simply tap the “Import” button from the
Documents tab. Then you can access you
files stored on Dropbox.
Apple’s Files App Supported
Files is the new Finder app for devices
running iOS11. It is a central place from which
to access all the files on your device.
You can find, open, and mange the files in the
PDF Reader app from within Files. Tap “On
My iPhone” from the Files app and find out
the “PDF Reader” folder. Then you can access
all the files stored in the PDF Reader app.

PDF Decryption
PDF Reader enables you to remove password
protection from the PDF document along with
the restrictions on editing, printing, and
copying.
Open one PDF. Tap and choose
“Remove Security”. Then a new copy will be
saved to the file list.
PDF Encryption
You can lock your PDF documents with
passwords as well.
1. In file list, tap and select the file(s) you’d
like to encrypt.
2. Enter a new password to encrypt the file(s).
OCR Scanner
Scan with OCR
We offer the OCR tool that enables you to turn
images into searchable PDFs or text files
(available for Document 365 subscribers).
While in camera mode, you can choose to
scan the document with OCR. It will
automatically extract text content from the
image.
Edit OCR Results
In addition, you can edit the text content to
correct or remove unwanted part of the result
after the conversion.
PDF Annotations and Edits
Signature Images
The signature tool enables you to import your
own signature images without signing your
name on the whiteboard.
Merge PDFs
Now PDF Reader support to merge more
than 2 files at a time. You can rearrange the
order before merging files.
Fill Color
1. Long tap on until you see a pop-up
menu.
2. Tap “Fill” and then click the color that you
want to add or change.

1. In “Documents” tab, tap and then
tap for the converter.
2. Select the file(s) you would like it to be
converted. Then tap “Next” and select
the output format. Tap “Start” to start
the conversion.
3. Tap “Task Manager” on the top menu
bar to check the converting process
Fax Documents Straight from
Your iPhone
1. Open one PDF file and tap to fill in
the recipient’s information.
2. Tap Send to fax your documents from
your mobile devices. The service
supports to send faxes to 40 countries
around the world.
Note: To convert files or send faxes online, you will be charged by credits.
Users with Document 365 or Deluxe Business Pack subscription will have free
credits to proceed the services.
