program at National Central University, Taiwan. I have known Rizky Kusumastuti as her lecturer, I
have had an opportunity to observe her participation and interaction in class and to evaluate Rizky’s
knowledge of the subject matter. She is an outstanding student in all respects, hard work, follow
though and has a good team work. She can accomplish tasks in a courteous and timely manner. She
also got the highest GPA (3.74 out of 4.00) and directly approved for Double Degree Program in
Facultyof Engineering, University of Brawijaya.
I believe that Rizky will be able to facethe challenges during her study in National Central

I am Prof. Ir. Liliek Sulistyowati, Ph.D the head of Double Degree Program, University of
Brawijaya. I am very pleasure to write recommendation letter to support Rizky Kusumastuti’s
application for admission to Master Program in National Central University,Taiwan. She is sincere
and promising student in University of Brawijaya. I have known her much in my capacity as head of
Double Degree Program. She is honest, discipline and responsible. Therefore, I am the one who very
recommended her to carry on his Double Degree Program overseas.

I believe that she still needs much knowledge. I am sure that she can make some effort for her
improvements. That’s why I suggested her to attend Master Degree in Double Degree Program in
National Central University, Taiwan. She still need much experience in lecturing, exploring,
