ABSTRACT
In this paper we tried to explain the cyber security and
threats related to cyber technology. Cyber security is
simply protection of information and information systems
(network, computers, databases, and applications etc.)
from unauthorized or illegal access with appropriate
procedure, infrastructure and security measures. It plays an
important role in development of information and handling
infrastructure and it is also important that people should
be aware of these infrastructures. Security counter
measures and ensure the confidentiality, availability, and
integrity of information systems by preventing losses from
Cyber security attacks. An Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
is a software that checks what happens or has happened
during an execution and tries to suggest that the computer
has been misused.
Our attention is usually drawn on ‘Cyber Security’
when we hear about ‘Cyber Crimes’. To restrict cybercrimes
various acts and laws are applied by Indian government.
National Cyber Security are introduced to create a better
infrastructure for handling “Cyber Crime”
