COMPOSITE ROLES

Composite role: is a combination of singles roles.

Pfcg

Role name: z_composite

Click on create composite role

Description: composite role

Click on roles tab

Now browse the single roles and select which u want to have.

Z_abc

Z_bca

Z_vendor1

Click on menu tab

Click on read menu

Click on user tab

User:miller

Click on user comparison

Save

Now login with user miller

Now check whether user miller has z_abc, z_bca and z_vendor1 roles.

Now go to role z_abc and add some more t-codes.

Role:z_bac

Click on change

Click on menu tab

Click add t-codes (now it is additional t-code for the existing t-codes)

Su53

Click on authorization tab

Maintain all the authorization

Save and generate

Now goto z_composite role

And check whether newly added t-code is added to composite role

Click on change

Click on menu tab

Now check in z_abc role whether su53 is added.

It wont be defaultly

We have to click on read menu

Now it will ask u to reimport

Yes

Now u get su53 in z_composite role

Now go to user tab

Click on user comparison

It will ask u too save

Yes

Now go to user miller

Click on menu – refresh

Now su53 is available for user miller!
