1.CUTTING PROCESS
PATTERN IS PRODUCED FOR EVERY PART OF THE ASSEMBLY

MARKER PLAN IS SET UP BY PLACING PATTERNS TO OPTIMALLY USE THE
FABRIC
WHEN THE FABRIC IS READY TO BE CUT, ALL THE LAYERS ARE STACKED
TOGETHER I.E; APPROXIMATE 100 LAYERS
THE WEIGHTS ARE PLACED ON TOP OF THE STACK SO THAT THE LAYERS
DON’T BUDGE
THE STACK IS CUT USING STRAIGHT KNIFE MACHINE
EACH PIECES ARE MARKED WITH CHALK TO NOT GET CONFUSED
ALL THE PIECES ARE STACKED IN A BUNDLE BEFORE STITCHING
2. STITCHING THE GARMENT
ALL THE PIECES ARE SET ON THE RESPECTIVE STATIONS
THE SIDE POCKET IS ATTACHED TO THE FRONT PART OF THE JEANS ON BOTH
THE SIDES
THE COIN POCKET IS THEN ATTACHED INSIDE THE FRONT POCKET
THE BACK POCKETS ARE THEN ATTACHED TO THE BACK PART OF THE JEANS
AFTER ATTACHMENT OF THE POCKETS, THE FRONT AND BACK PART OF THE
JEANS ARE ATTACHED TOGETHER
THE CROTCH PART OF THE JEANS ARE THEN SEWN TOGETHER
THE ZIPPER/FLY IS THEN ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT
THE IN-LEG SEAM IS THEN JOINED
THE WAIST PANEL IS THEN ATTACHED TO THE BACK SIDE OF THE JEANS
AFTER WAIST PANEL, WAIST BAND IS ATTACHED THROUGHOUT
THE BELT LOOPS ARE FORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY
THE LOOPS SO FORMED ARE ATTACHED TO THE WAIST BAND
THE BARTACKS ARE PLACED ON THE REQUIRED PARTS
THE BOTTOM HEMS ARE SEWN
3. FINISHING PROCESS-
AFTER THE JEANS HAVE BEEN SEWN TOGETHER, THEY ARE SENT TO A
WASHING PLANT
THEY ARE WASHED WITH PUMICE STONE AND WATER
DEPENDED ON HOW FADED THE JEANS WILL BE, IT IS WASHED FROM 30 MIN
TO 6 HOURS.
AFTER WASHING AND DRYING, THE JEANS IS CHECKED FOR ANY DEFECTS OR
FLAWS.
LOOSE HANGING THREADS ARE CUT FOR FINISHING
THE 6 RIVETS ARE ADDED TO THE REQUIRED PARTS OF THE GARMENT
JEANS BUTTON IS ATTACHED TO THE FRONT OF THE WAISTBAND
THE REQUIRED LABELS (4) ARE ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT.
THE READY GARMENT IS TAKEN TO A GARMENT PACKING ROOM WHERE THE
FINAL INSPECTION WILL BE DONE
THE GARMENT IS PLACED FINALLY IN A POLY BAG WITH PROPER WARNING
TEXT.
IT IS FINALLY PLACED IN A BOX AND IS READY FOR SHIPMENT.
