4. A 57 years lady presented with left eye gradual painless loss of vision. On examination her right
eye V/A is 6/24 and left 6/60. The intraocular pressure is 34mmHg in left eye. On perimetry

lids were swollen. The lashes were observed misdirected and mating with crusts which on

the intraocular pressure was 46mmHg in the right eye. On fundoscopy the optic disc ratio was
increased to 0.8. The anterior chamber was normal. There was no pain in the right eye.

14. A 27 years old male comes to see you presenting with painless swelling of upper eyelid away
from the margin. He gives the history of 2 months.

15. A 4 months baby presents with an isolated right eye watering since birth. Her mother gives the
history of mating of eyelashes early in the morning on waking. There is no swelling and edema
of lids.
