Catalog Encoder MILE

This document provides specifications for the maxon Encoder MILE 512-6400 CPT, a 2-channel encoder integrated into a motor. It has 512-6400 counts per turn, operates at speeds up to 5000 rpm (4650 rpm for the 6400 CPT model), and provides signals with a phase shift of 90° between channels and a state length of 90°±<45° per signal. Connection and wiring details are provided for integrating the encoder with a motor and reading out the signals with line receivers.
