Who makes a better leader: Someone who is loved or someone who is feared?

A leader controls everything like in one nation, or even in a small group of people. They are the
first one who must always know what the followers want to achieve and how they can achieve it.
But, good leaders is not that someone who is loved by many, but the one who is feared by
everyone.

A leader who is feared motivates his followers. They perform at their best and gets better result.
When they see some of the results, they maintain a respectful relationship and continue to work
hard. They fear that if they did not follow their leader they cannot achieve what they want. All
along, followers are being motivated to continue to work hard because they see the result that
could possibly reach their goal. When the leader is feared, it also shows respect because followers
are challenged to do their best.

Being a feared leader is different from being an abusive leader. A feared leader has the ability to
control or influence people or things for towards goods of every member and not to abuse his
power for his own good.

Therefore, a better leader is the one who is feared, the one that motivate and produce active
followers to perform at their best and the one who is respected and honored by everyone.
