Sub: Request for salary increment – reg.

I have joined in our esteemed Organization on 07.04.2007, at first I was appointed at Sugen torrent Power
Plant, Surat, Gujarat. I was the only Admin person to take care all the HR & Admin related activities till
its completion period (i.e. Dec’09). After that I got transferred to Bellary site in Jan’10. There joined the
team at Unit-3 and continued from the start to completion of Unit-4 till Nov’12. Again I was the single
Admin person to take care all the HR & Admin related activities in Bellary site and completed the entire
statutory records there. After successful completion of both sites I have transferred to Neyveli site from
Dec’12 to Feb’13. From there I got transferred to Kudgi Site in Mar’13 from the Initial mobilization
onwards. From here I am taking care of the entire HR & Admin for past 5 years.

Even after successful completion of Eleven years in our Organization, my designation is only “Junior
Officer” and getting Rs.23,000/- month. Since I got married and having two children, with the present
Salary I am unable to run my family smoothly. Now I got new offer from other company with good
salary. So I personally request you to consider my increment with considerable salary which changes my
decision to stay in our company itself.
