     Maintain all operations/marketing for Bahama Buck’s in El Paso.
     Create weekly schedules, handle all cash systems, handle guests services and maintain good employee
    relations as a firm leader and positive role model
     Partner in Education for SISD, helping create fundraisers, donations, and incentives to give back to our
    community. I oversee all other management positions within the business.
     Lead Training Manager- responsible for all interviewing, training, terminations within business. Travel out
    of town to help open and train new Franchises within U.S to develop their staffing.
