There are three stages under
interphase namely: G1, S, and G2.
During prophase, DNA starts to
condense to form chromosomes.
G2 is when the cell starts to duplicate
cell structures such as organelles to
prepare for DNA synthesis.
Anaphase happens when the
chromosomes align at the middle
area of the cytoplasm.
Cytokinesis refers to the process in
which nuclear materials start to
completely divide.
Translation can happen in S phase of
cell cycle.
Transcription can happen in M phase
of cell cycle.
There is at least one stage of
mitosis wherein the cell
becomes a haploid.
