Setting Happy Hour

1. Mark classes like Beverage to enable happy hour prices and select the Price/Totals tab to enable prices 2 through 10 and use submenu levels for prices. Do this for all classes. 2. Add a new period called Happy Hour, select the start and end times, active days, but do not check serving period. 3. Add a new menu level called Happy Hour, select the period just created, and select the main and submenu levels for prices, like price field 4 and submenu level 4. 4. POS Configurator / Sales / Menu Items Classes


Mark the class that you want to have happy hour prices (for example Beverage)
Then select Price/Totals tab and enable options
Enable prices 2 trough 10
Use sub menu level for prices

This must be done for all the classes to be sure that all the items can be marked correctly without problems !!!

2. System / periods
Add new period called Happy Hour and select start and end time
Select also Active day for this Happy Hour
Do not check serving period

3. Sales / Menu Levels / Auto Menu Levels


Add new 1. Happy Hour
Then select RVC for the Happy Hour
Select Period which you just created Happy Hour
Select Main Level 1 and Sub level 2 (for Example if you want to use price field 4 put Sub level 4)

4. Sales / Menu Items


Select the Item for the Happy Hour go to Price tab and put the new price on field 2

But be careful because this setup of the Happy Hour mean that all other items with regular price at the time of
the Happy Hour should have price on the field 2 (the same price as field 1) if they do not have they can not be
marked in the checks.

If they want they can switch to Happy Hour manually by pressing the button on the screen to change the sub
level for the price. Write to me to explain you how to create this
