First of all, I would like to thanks StarFing, Bangalore for giving me such a great
opportunity to do a research study in their prestigious organization and providing necessary
information for the study.
A special thanks to my guide Ms. Deepika Vijayvergiya for her humble guidance and
moral support gave me motivation to carry out the project successfully. The discussions with
her helped a lot in developing an in-depth understanding of the topics involved. Also, I would
like to thanks “Rajasthan Technical University” and all my faculty members who helped me
with the facilities whenever I needed them. I also extend my thanks to my family and well-
wishers.
