Introducing Quotes

The document introduces templates for introducing and explaining quotes from sources. It provides examples of introducing quotes with phrases like "X states" or "As claimed by X" and notes that using "that" can make the comma after the quote unnecessary. It then presents templates for explaining quotes, such as "In other words, X asserts" or "What X really means is that".
