I. Title: Search for Hari at Reyna ng Pasko 2018

Fund Raising for Fencing

V.Rationale:
“Better be safe than sorry” is a popular American adage, and is every loving parent
and concerned teacher’s trite expression that expresses love and compassion. The same
is also the basis for this project/activity.
Attaining individual student goals through the advent of basic education program
is the topmost concern of DepEd. But achieving these goals may be hindered when
students are exposed to different avenues leading to a wayward path, crossroads of vices
and open boundaries.
Putting up concrete sturdy fence is one mitigating measure to keep students
confined within the campus while attending classes and during other campus activities.
Thus, the GPTA officers and board members initiated and wholeheartedly support this
project.
Through this fund raising activity, the parents, the faculty and GPTA officials are
given the privilege and responsibility to promote safe and harm-free school community,
making the school student-friendly and school authorities happy.
VI .Objectives:
This fund raising activity:
1. provides GPTA officers and board members the opportunity to extend
assistance to the school and community.
2. relieves parents/teachers/students from fear and worry on impending untoward
incidents and happenings
3. posters safe and comfortable school environment
4. develops spirit of generosity ,cooperation and unity among others.

VIII- Methodology
Each class/section from all levels will have one or more pair/s of candidates (male
and female) as representative/s. All class muses and escorts are considered candidates.
Any class/section whose candidates earned or collected 1000 Php. or more is entitled to
10% refund or incentive for classroom improvement. The candidates are expected to
wear appropriate attires in the coronation night. The winning candidates will wear colored
gowns depending on the title (red-1st runner-up;blue-2nd runner-up;green-3rd runner-
up;pink-4th runner-up) except for the Reyna ng Pasko who will wear white gown. The title
holders (Hari at Reyna) will be crowned, and will also wear capes, be handed with
sceptre, sash, bouquet/corsage, trophy, certificate of participation, and gift/ token. The
runner-up winners will receive sash, bouquet/ corsage, certificate of participation and gift
token each .Each candidate with 3000 Php or more is entitled to a 50 % cut/ incentive.
For a candidate whose envelope has 2999 Php down to 2000 Php will have 40 %
incentive, for the candidate with envelope worth 1999 Php down to 1000 Php is 30 %
incentive, and all candidates with less than 1000 Php will not be receiving any amount,
only certificates of participation, and their money is regarded donation.
