HOUSE RULES

1. Pantry
- The Office has pantry to be shared by everyone.
- Fish sauce and other foods with foul odor are not allowed to bring and store in the
area.
- Use the pantry area to eat light meal or snacks, drink coffee, tea or juice
- Any usage of the pantry implies the bounding responsibility of cleaning up
afterwards and removal of the waste. (wash your own dishes and throw outside
your own waste)

6. Energy Conservation

- Everyone are encouraged to switch off lights and air-con when not in use and
when leaving the rooms for energy conservation.

9. Garbage

- Faculty should not leave garbage on their working area, it should be placed
directly into the trashcans or trash bins.
- Plastic, paper, Glass should be separated into different trash bins.
- Organic waste or food waste should go into separate bins outside the office.

10. Rest Rooms


- Keep clean
- Dispose waste properly

11. Consultation Area


- should be used for consultation of faculty and student only.
- should not be used as office area or eating area

16. Conference Room

- intended for meeting and conference


- Food is not allowed.
