    THE BELOW NAMED COMPLAINANT BEING DULY SWORN, ON INFORMATION AND BELIEF
    STATES THAT:

    Count 1: BAIL JUMPING (FELONY)

    The above-named defendant on or about Monday, March 18, 2019, at 901 North Ninth Street, in the
    City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, having been charged with a felony and released from
    custody under Chapter 969 of the Wisconsin Statutes, did intentionally fail to comply with the terms of
    his bond, contrary to sec. 946.49(1)(b), 939.50(3)(h) Wis. Stats.

    Upon conviction for this offense, a Class H Felony, the defendant may be fined not more than Ten
    Thousand Dollars ($10,000), or imprisoned not more than six (6) years, or both.

    Probable Cause:

    Complainant is a law enforcement officer employed by the Milwaukee Police, and bases this complaint
    on official court records, which are of the kind that complainant has used in the past and found to be
    accurate and reliable and which complainant knows are prepared in the regular course of Circuit Court
    business.

    This complaint is based upon my review of the official Milwaukee County Circuit Court file in Case#
    17CF5876, in which the defendant was charged with two felony offenses: Fleeing/eluding an Officer
    and Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety along with two misdemeanor offenses: Carrying a
    Concealed Weapon and Resisting/Obstructing an Officer. The records reveal that the defendant was
    ordered to appear for a Jury Trial in the above referenced case on March 18, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. in
    Branch 10 of the Milwaukee County Courthouse, 901 North Ninth Street, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee
    County, Wisconsin. Those same records reveal that the defendant failed to appear for court on that
    day. The case was subsequently called and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. The defendant
    was released from custody in that case under the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 969, with a
    condition that the defendant appear in court for all scheduled court dates. Said file further reflects, that
    the above conditions of bond were in effect at the time of the offense.

    It should be noted that the defendant is currently being investigated for additional felony charges for an
    incident that occurred on March 19, 2019 on the UWM campus.
