Objectives:
 To participate in the dances and display the character and style of the
music as they execute the movement.
 To demonstrate the ability to lead and be led in partner dances. Acquire
the confidence in leading and security in following.
 To apply and demonstrate critical and creative thinking skills in the
dance.
 To make connection between dance and healthy living.
 To identify and perform the following elements of each dance:
1. Footwork- feet connection with the floor
2. Poise- the body position while moving on the dance floor
3. Posture- condition of the upper part of the body
4. Hold- frame work when dancing in pairs
5. Timing of the dance- counting to the beats
