RFCTs can be placed around motor power conduits and generator stator neutral conduits to collect EMI and partial discharge (PD) data. EMI data can also be collected from motor frame grounds, generator frame safety grounds, isolated phase bus support grounds, and transformer tank or bushing grounds. These locations are typically used to collect EMI and PD monitoring data from equipment.
