Step2 Take and Pass XU Grade 11 Entrance Examination @ University Testing Center
A Verify Entrance Exam Test Results online at http://shsapply.xu.edu.ph/exam_results and confirm strand choice
B Receive Acceptance Letter via email. List of passers will be posted at XU website,
please visit: http://www.xu.edu.ph/list-of-passers-examinees
C Those who qualified for the scholarship, download the scholarship application form and comply the requirements.
Submission of scholarship application is on or before April 15, 2019 on a first come first serve basis.
For Top 1 and 2 in the commissioning batch with not less than 90 total number of Grade 10 students,
please visit Admissions & Aid Office after Junior high commissioning ceremony.
Step3 Print Offer Letter, present it to XU finance to pay commitment Fee of P1,000.00 on or before March 30, 2019
to reserve a slot in your preferred strand.
B. ENROLLMENT
Regular Enrollment Period: May 6-18, 2019 Delayed Enrollment Period: May 20-29, 2019
Step1 Screening of Documents at the Registrar’s Office and present the following requirements:
XU offer letter
Original Grade 10 Report Card
Original copy of Good Moral Certificate
Original copy and clear copy of ESC Certificate Letter (ESC grantees only)
Original copy and clear copy of QVR Certificate (Qualified applicants only)
Clear photocopy of the following:
Certificate of Junior High School Completion
NSO-authenticated Birth Certificate
NSO-authenticated Marriage Contract for female students (if applicable)
For Foreign Students
Special Study Permit, Valid Visa, Passport Bio-page, Alien Certification Registration Identification Card (ACR I-Card)
Notarized Affidavit of Support including Bank Statements or notarized grant for institutional scholars
Notarized Affidavit of Guardianship of a Filipino Guardian with at least one valid ID.
Step 2 Present the printed offer letter and pay down payment and medical/dental fee at the Finance Office. You will be issued an enrolment
form, medical/dental record, and a campus map as your handy guide.
For scholars, grants-in-aid (GIA) and qualified voucher recipients (ESC/QVR), present the tuition exemption slip and/or provide a copy of
QVR Certificates or ESC Letter (for ESC/QVR recipients) at the windows reserved for this group.
For those who have already paid the commitment fee/down payment, please proceed to a special lane for this purpose.
