SERVICE. S.A.S. (LAD) AND DEPARTMENTAL EXAMINATIONS COVERING
“FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION” PART IN DEPARTMENTS, BOARDS AND
CORPORATIONS.

ABOUT US

Over a period of time we were seized of the practical difficulties being faced by
candidates intending to prepare for the Himachal Pradesh Departmental
Examination [Financial Administration] as well as for Himachal Pradesh Finance
and Accounts Service, due to non-availability of coaching center which could
impart practical training, particularly to those government employees who do not
have first-hand knowledge of the highly jargonized phraseology of the rules.

Keeping in view, this aspect of the situation “Laxmi Tutorials and Training
Institute” has come out with project by compiling and designing the following
study material in such a way as would enable the candidate to utilize the finest
nuances of the rules. The terminology has been simplified in a most simple
language. The course material has been prepared keeping in view the latest
syllabus of the Himachal Pradesh Finance and Accounts Service / departmental
examination [Financial Administration], in the form of books after updating all
adopted rules and incorporating all state amendments with “Question –Answer”
and “Guide” as applicable to the employees of the state government on bare
minimum cost. The informative material can also be found by logging on to our
website www.laxmitutorials.com.

The “Questions with Answers” “Theory with Practical” also stands depicted at
the end of each topic, with reference to relevant rules. The institute also
organizes weekend/ holidays /special classroom coaching, keeping in view the
busy working schedule in offices and to give more stimulus to the interaction.
Such a focused approach is all the more necessary for the candidates intending to
appear for Himachal Pradesh Finance and Accounts Service, S.A.S. (LAD) &
Departmental Examination [Financial Administration].

1
Since this examination is competitive in nature and, therefore, interaction and
classroom discussion will provide them a wider exposure of rules and their
clarifications on the spot. Therefore, “Laxmi Tutorials and Training Institution”
will do its utmost to measure up the expectations of the candidates who would
like to avail the facility which we have tried to extend up to the door step. Please
come and avail this facility up to the hilt and we assure you that we will spare no
efforts to arise to the occasion.
