The National Testing Agency (NTA) is allowing candidates who took the January/April 2019 JEE (Main) exam to correct errors in their personal details (name, mother's name, father's name) on the JEE website from March 11-15, 2019. Candidates can also correct other details in their application except choice of exam cities. Any corrections must be made by March 15, after which no changes will be permitted. It is brought to the notice of the candidates of JEE (Main) January / April-2019


that the facility for correction in their data (particulars) will be operational on the
website www.jeemain.nic.in from 11/03/2019 to 15/03/2019. The candidates
are advised to visit the website and verify their particulars. If desired, the
candidates can make correction in only one of the following fields.

 Candidate’s Name
or
 Mother’s Name
or
 Father’s Name

Besides above, the Candidates can also make correction in their application form in
all other fields (particulars) except choice of cities.
The candidates are allowed to undertake corrections, if any, latest by 15/03/2019.
Thereafter, no correction in particulars, whatsoever, will be entertained by NTA
under any circumstances.
The additional fee (if applicable) should be paid by the candidates only
through credit/debit card/net banking or UPI during the period from
11/03/2019 to 16/03/2019 (11:50 p.m.).
Since, it is a onetime facility extended to the candidates to avoid any hardship to
them, the candidates are informed to undertake the correction(s) very carefully as
no further chance will be given.
