Today we will be focusing on setting Google Classroom. Google Classroom is an


online platform that helps facilitate paperless communication between teachers
and students.
Benefits
User What you can do with Google Classroom

Teachers Create and manage classes, assignments, and grades.


Give direct, real-time feedback and grades.

Student Keep track of classwork and materials.


Share resources and interact in class stream or by email.
Submit assignments.
Get feedback and grades.

Guardians Get an email summary of their student's work that includes missing
work, upcoming assignment, and class activity.

Administrators Create, view, or delete any class in their domain.


Add or remove students and teachers from classes.
View work in all classes in their domain.

To login to Google Classroom

Click here to go to Google Classroom. Please use your work email to login.
To create different classroom within Google Classroom
Please click on the plus sign

Please name your class.

Suggestions: Create a class for every class


you teach.
To set up students within the Google Classroom.

Click on the student tab: Two ways students can join.

Give the students a code or invite them using their email address.
To post announcements and assignment.
Click on STREAM, then click on the + button.
