Hi,

I am Rajin. I recently got placed in Cupola Technology Bangalore and I would like
to share my experiene on the interview.
First of all, I dont have a good accadamic carrier record (would like to say not
good at all, for which I regretted for long) and I thought studying in vector is
the last chance that I was going to get for a carrier in Embedded field, for that
also i was not that sure.
So more than giving a try, I tried to enjoy programming, and i am still enjoying
it.
I am not anyone to advice, so as a suggestion, i would like to say that , when
doing programming (may be simple or complex programs), try to look little deep,
(like whats happening in stack, heap data section ..like simple details). If you do
that from the begning, its gonna help you in the interview.

coming to interview details.

round 1. objective type questions.(apti questions were very less, questions from c,

linux,and tcp).
round2. writing 4 programs (hex to integer conversion, printing unequal lines from 2
files, link list pgming (single) for sorting, program about 2 processors transfering
data from one buffer to another(each buffer of size 4k) using given shared mem of
size 10byte, and each data transfer should be of size 8byte.(synchronisation may be
needed)).
round3. Technical: Basic C:pointers, pointer declaration
size,const,volatile,sections of memmory,recursion, binary tree search(pgm write:in
order,preorder,post order).
Linux: process,creating process,IPC,client_server using pipe(pgm
write),locking, synchronisation etc.. TCPip: just basics like usage of select(no
pgm writing),sockets. etc.
nested interrupts, volatile usage in embedded c etc..
round 4:HR (telephonic): tell me a short introduction,what will u do if u r
assigned with a project ,which u dont have any idea about, etc

Thanking ALMIGHTY..
I would like to thank Samir sir,Shashank sir,Varalaxmi madam, all the lab
coordinators, and all other faculty of vector hyderabad for what I got now.
thankyou vector
and also thanking all my classmates, and my dear frnds for giving a hand full of
good memmories to remember for rest of my life.
and to the one who prayed for me, without whome i wouldnt be this much happy at
this time.
