INTRODUCTION

A pizza that is healthy and affordable is our business nature in the future. The business is
called partnership cause it composed of atleast 7 members. It is located in Baybay City Senior
High School were in students are abundant also a place where in it's very for them to find out.
The funding requirements/service of funds are based in every savings of each members each
day, likely it is 10 pesos per day. The value propositions of the product is, it's separate from
competitors through quality, uniqueness, tastes and benefits. It is also a homely made so it's
made natural and healthy to eat by everybody.

- to satisfy the customer needs and wants also to fill up their expectations to reality of our
very own pizza product, no doubt.

-to be successful in this business were in, we will see our trademark that will mark in mind
and heart of our consumer.

ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS

Based on the survey, the Baybay City Senior High Students are more likely eat healthy pizza
rather than Hawaiian. BCSHS students are more specific in vegetarian which is very suit in our
particular Business product which is vegetarian pizza"Pizzetas". Students eat healthy pizza for
5-6 times a day in a week.
The student favorite base for pizza is cheesy bites than stuffed and thin crust pizzza. Most
students favor pipino/cucumber to be the toppings of pizza. It tells that this pizza is might be
easily to sold out.

STRENGTH:
The strengths of the business is the product itself, which is "Vegetarian Pizza",because
students prefer this kind of pizza, which is good for the health and not to expensive for the
students...

WEAKNESS:
BCSHS students prefer Cheesy bites pizza, but the ingredients to be use is to much
expensive. BCSHS atudents also often eat healthy pizza for 5-6 times in a week, but then, the
selling Schedule is only be in 2-3 times a week.

OPPORTUNITY :
The expected answer from the gathered survey, were matched the expectation of seller.

THREATS:
All the grade 11 students of bcshs are the competitors and to those other student's who have
the similar product of ours.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The most homely attractive tasty and healthy pizza. It has uniqueness inside the dough
prepared by having a dried vegetable like malunggay and carrot.
•Malunggay has seven times more vitamin C than orange, four times more calcium two more
times more pritein than milk, 4 times vitamin A.

Before planning the schedule for this business we consider our class hlurs for our different
subjects. And saturday is our rest dat and also we have other responsibility in our home and
studies. Time management will be the power of this business.
•PRODUCTION PROCESS

1.Contribute the money needed for the production.


2. after collecting the money for capital, buy the corresponding ingredients.
3. After buying the ingredients, prepare the materials needed and;
4. Also the prepare the machines and equipment.
5. Assigned 3 persons from the group that is qualify for laboring and has the skills in making the
product.
6. Start making the dough and after a few hours, start making the sauce and prepare the toppings
for pizza.
7. After the all preparation, start baking the pizza and put it in the oven.
8. After it cook, got the pizza in the oven and start packaging the pizza product.
9. After finishing the product, the assign group members will clean the workplace and
afterwards they will start selling it.

The group is divided into 2, one of it responsible for making and producing the product they
were the one who make things perfect for the product.
One of it are:

• To ensure the safetiness of the product, whether it is defect or not.


• The suppliers buy the supply in a low cost and still fresh and safe.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the place in making all the products.

The materials of the product were in brought in Prince baybay and in wet market where it's trust
worthy to buy and have selling it as a low price but eventually also its good and no defect for
using as a materials in producing our products.

3. Storage and Inventory Control System

In making Pizzetas, the workplace is on Rhave's house, they have clean place and complete
eqiipand materials to used. While in storing the baked dough they refrigerator to used for
storage.

•The team or group is divided into 3. The other group will be assigned to sell/promote the

design.
