Serial Griller is a locally owned fast food outlet, it will provide a combination of excellent
food at value pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere. Serial Griller is the answer to
an increasing demand for snack-type fast food, to be consumed while you are tired
working and want a good appetite.
Our main priority is to establish one outlet in a crowded place where all the employees
from different office can have snacks, preferably in one of prominent Tech Park. Later,
our effort will be a further development of more retail outlets in the surrounding area.
The Food n grill will provide its customers with a value-driven, entertaining experience
through the creativity of its Chef.
Objectives
To establish a presence as a successful local fast food outlet and gain a market share
in Bangalore.
The Menu will be in two section Veg and Non-Veg and our USP will be grilled food.

Purchase Orders Management
Manage the purchase orders of outlets centrally.
Vendor Management
Keep a track of the various vendors for each outlet
Create and manage Vendor Profile of multiple outlets at the central level.
Add contract details for various vendors. Keep a track of the important
information such as PAN Card details, ID proof, TIN.
Vendors can login through POS Mobile App to read, edit, and add
comments in the Purchase Order.
View and manage the price of different Vendors of multiple outlets from one
panel.
Stock Management
Control the movement of the stock across outlet
Manage the Stock items from the Base Kitchen to theoutlets.
Transfer the Stock easily between Base Kitchen to Base Kitchen, between
multiple outlets, and other stores.
View reports of the Stock Entry, Stock Wastage, and Physical Stock.
Consumption & Variance Management
Keep a check on your Food Costs by tracking the actual consumption of
Stock
