tank.If the level gets low a level
indicator will flag a fault and shut
down the machine. Top up with

suction filters on the inside these
will require changing every 12
months/2000 hrs.
Always check for metal particles
when these filters are being
changed as this will indicate pump
and motor wear.
If particles are found then the tank
will need drained and cleaned and
re-filled with new oil.

tracking off and the scraper is

castrol optimol pd2 grease 40g
each side and must not be mixed
with other types of grease as this
may cause bearning faluire.

greased every 40 hours with 16g
in each side.
Screen mesh tension can be
checked daily along with a general
visual inspection.
