About the Project: AETNA has adopted two strategies (Acquisition and Migration) to reach directly near his
customer on a process of Digitalization naming it as ‘Vision 2020’. On a cutting edge technology approach it
has collaborated with many individual health insurance companies working on different areas and different
Plans throughout the country. One of them was Medicare Joint Venture which has a target of enrolling all the
elderly people approaching an age of 65 now.
Roles and Responsibilities undertaken

 Worked on a Agile based model handling various Sprints and working directly with Scrum teams to know
more closely about the working model
 Gained SME knowledge and developed Frameworks as and when required depending on the Client’s
demand
 Prepared ROI for the Tools and Frameworks developed
 Handled and managed a team of 15 members at a time working as a senior resource
 Executed around 20 scripts per day without a production defect
 Played a critical role for the successful Business deliverables and was directly involved with Client calls
 Able to achieve Business Significance and applauded for the best and timely deliverables from the Client
as well as Senior Management
 As a result of successful deliverables, able to Automate the End to End Testing consists of Desktop
applications which was a successful milestone for the entire Project
 Acted as a mentor responsible for conducting the training and application knowledge transfer sessions for
new comers in the project

About the Project: ForHealthcare Members enrolling with AETNA, it had been observed that Adjudication
rate (Status of a Claim filed by a member) was getting dropped in the Production. So to analyze the root
cause, Infosys has come up with the idea of replicating all the members in QA environment and comparing
the data with Production. Which drove to be one of the successful project reducing manual interrogation and
speeding up the Adjudication rate to 95%.
 Worked on analysis and requirement gathering and conducting KT sessions with Onsite as well as SMEs
 Filed and analyzed around 500 claims per day along with Pricing details along with DB testing
 Involved on innovating various JAVA and VB Macro based tool to mitigate the manual process
 Adjudication rate was higher reducing the drop rate of the claims
 Additionally involved on directly interacting with the Business and creating Daily Task mails within the
team

About the Project: AETNA is an American based Health Insurance Company. It primarily works with selling
traditional and consumer directed health care insurance plans and related services. The program’s objective
is to build a separate business and technology operating platform for the consumer through digitalization.

 Gained expertise on VBA script and created various tools as per the project requirements
 Created the Process Information Document that highlighted Service Level Agreements and Estimated
Time of Action for diurnal tasks
 Additionally, handled Defect Prevention strategies for the project
 Handled Knowledge Management strategies for the team and mailer activities
 Acted as a mentor responsible for conducting the training and application knowledge transfer sessions for
new comers in the project
 Worked on creating a new tool for automating the Test Scripts and mitigating the execution process using
RFT and VB scripting

About the Project: One of the leading banks(Royal Bank of Scottland) has planned to divest its branches

program’s objective is to build a separate business and technology operating platform for the new rainbow.

 Worked on creating Project documents in its Planning and Requirement Gathering phase of Software
Testing Life Cycle for BASS (Bank Account Switching Services) application such as High Level Scenarios,
Storyboard, Detailed Test Plan, Test Conditions, Test Scripts and Risk Templates.
 Executed the Test Scripts using QC and HP UFT
 Prepred ROI for the tools and frameworks prepared
 Handled Knowledge Management strategies for the team
 Conducted brainstorming sessions on the criticality of the various platforms involved in the banking
applications
