NOTE:-
i. Male Female Ward Staff nurse performing duty during evening & night shifts, will also attend
Gynae/Obs cases in Labour Room. Midwives will continually remain in Labor Room.
ii. No off without prior permission.
iii. Off/Leave must be prior sanctioned in written before one day.
iv. More than 02 day off not allowed.
v. Leave & off must be forwarded after noting by the reliever, otherwise it will not be allowed.
vi. OT staff will perform duty in Labour Room when there is no procedure in OT.
vii. Emergency Staff should physically present at nursing station in all shifts.
viii. Stay in changing room is prohibited during duty hours.
ix. If there is no patient in labour room the evening & night staff of labour room will perform duty in
emergency and will remain in emergency.
x. In case of Days off /leave during evening & night shift of emergency staff, the staff of labour room
should physically present in emergency ward and remain there except any patient came with active
labour in labour room.
xi. Whenever call from ER the staff of labour Room will cover perform ER, whenever call from labour
Room the staff nurse of Emergency will cover in labour Room.
xii. The labor room nurses will be responsible to attend MRC Mobile phone number 0301-4627969
xiii. Copies of roster are sent higher authorities, so anybody can call you on phone even from Lahore.
xiv. Office clerk to ensure all rosters are displayed in every department and whatapps to all concerned.
xv. CN Yasmin will relieve in morning on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
