Florida Pre-License Online Letter

Important - Please Print and/or Read

Dear Student,

Congratulations! My name is Stephen Mettling and I am the Director of

Education at RealEstateExpress.com. I direct our team of experienced
resident instructors who will help guide you through your exciting journey to
your real estate license. To help ensure your success, I have provided
important information in your online supplemental materials. These materials
supplement your online course, and provide information on the state rules
and regulations, scheduling your state licensing exam (post-course),
and more! Make sure you read and/or print all these files, so you know what
to do, and what to expect during and after your course.

Important Please check to see if you have received your Registration emails
immediately as they contain important information regarding the course. If
you have not received a Registration email, please check your SPAM folder
for any emails from RealEstateExpress.com. If emails from
RealEstateExpress.com are being blocked by a SPAM filter please take
whatever action is necessary to insure that these emails are not blocked.
Since we communicate through email, you won't receive answers to
your emails if we are being blocked. Please make whatever
provision is necessary so you receive our emails.

Accessing Your Course In the top right corner click on the black box that
says "Student Login" to login using the username and password you chose
when you registered for the course (a confirmation email was sent with this
information when you registered). After logging in, your Home Page will come
up. Underneath the green bar is your course. Click ON the course name (in
blue) to begin. Anything in bright blue letters is a link into that topic. As you
finish one unit, the next one will open up. You can go back and review as
many times as you like. You have six months to complete your course
from today, your registration date.

If at any time you need to update your personal information (address, email,
phone, etc.) from your homepage, click on "Update Student Profile". This will
take you to your personal information so you can update it. If you change
your email address, be sure to change it on the site. Email is the main
form of communication.

COURSE SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS GRID: On the home page of your

course, there are important links of information for you to read and print.
This includes links to your state law, your math supplement and
course final and post course testing instructions and information.
This grid also appears at the top of your course. You will pass it every time
you log into your course. Be sure to check out ALL these links, PRINT and
read all of these materials. We also include a CHECK LIST to make sure you
cover all the material and help you keep track of where you are in the course
process.

Florida Final Exam Policy

The State of Florida requires that you take and pass a final exam at 70% or
better, to complete the course. There is one 100 question Final Exam that
must be taken and passed to complete this course. You must pass the course
final BEFORE your course expires. If you do not pass the exam, there is a
second exam available after 30 days. The FREC requires that you go back,
restudy and wait 30 days to take the second exam. Please plan accordingly
when completing the coursework. If the 30-day wait to access the second
exam ends after your course expires, you will be required to purchase a
course extension to take the second exam. If you do not pass the second
exam, you must re-register and take the entire course over again from the
beginning.

This is a closed book, timed exam. The State of Florida requires that you
finish the exam and grade it in three hours. If you time out, you will lose the
exam per state regulations.

Welcome to the Pre-License course. The instructors look forward to

interacting with you personally. If you have any questions feel free to call or
email them directly.
