DESIGNATION : Guest Delight ASM (Assistant Guest Delight Manger)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

The chief responsibility of Assistant Guest Delight Manger to overall operations of the restaurant
according to Domino's Pizza operational standards in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. A majority
of time is spent leading the team to meet Guest expectations, training new crew members as required. The
SAM should be creative in executing sales programs to leverage business opportunities and must create a
Competitive spirit and atmosphere of pride. This individual will be proficient in making logical and
timely decisions.

Job Identification:
The food and beverage service is part of the service-oriented hospitality sector. The members of
the Domino’s team are required to perform huge tasks which include preparation for service,
greeting the guests, taking their orders, settling the bills, and performing various other tasks after
the guests leave.

JOB SUMMARY

The assistant manager has to improvise the job duties of manager. An assistant manager should
take all the responsibilities happen during his shift. This include cost control, inventory control,
and cash control and customer relations. The assistant manager should take initiative in the absence
of manager in the work environment.

Job Duties/Responsibility

 Supervise the floor team for proper and smooth operation of the business.
 Checking of entire inventory like beverages, forks, dishes etc.
 Taking to the guest order and serving them according to the brand standard.
 Responsible for basic admin work required to perform overall operation.
 To make duty roster and floor allocation for the line team member.
 Responsible for handling of complains and feedbacks.
 To check daily attendance sheet.
 Responsible for checking personal hygiene, guest dealing, behavior performance etc.
 Any suggestion to change business needs is to be handled by captain.
 Responsible for guiding the hostess, waiter/waitress and bus boy/girls in the performance of
their jobs.
 Ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment
 Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the outlet during the shift.
 Proper maintenance and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the
outlet.
 Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior, which leads to guest
satisfaction and profit for the hotel.
 Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale.

 To recommend food and beverage service standards & implement and follow on standard

GENERAL MISSION

Directs and organise the activities of the service attendants assigned in the shift that he/she covers.

Under the general guidance of the Outlet Manager and/or Supervisor in accordance to the
Domino`s Policies and Procedures

1. Customer Service

 Communicates and personally attend guest.

2. Business Management and Administrative Responsibilities

 Completes the daily Checklist.


 Must know the exact point and prepares the requisition form for food supplies and operating
guest supplies for the approval of the Outlet Manager and/or Asst. Manager.
 Arrange specific side duty tasks to each attend at the end of the day for the following day and
sees to it that the staff knows and manage their duties.
 Checks at the start and at the end of the shift that all service complete their opening and closing
tasks.
 Prepares details required for pre-meal information - out of stock items, reservations, daily
specials, VIP reservations, etc.
 Takes the daily list of food supplies and guest supplies to ensure stock.
 Attends weekly agrees meeting and other meetings required of the position.
 Conducts monthly inventory of operating equipment in coordination with the Chief Steward.
 Records the daily sales and cover count of the agrees at the end of each shift, in the absence of
the Supervisor.
 Communicates to the immediate superior and underling in a timely manner, any important
information, related to operation.

3. Communication

 Reports to the Manager.


 Coordinates with the Customer’s choice, concerning special menus, availability of menu items
and changes in the menu.
 Directs the activities of all the service staff assigned in his shift.
 Coordinates with the other staff within the department and other department in the performance
of duties and responsibilities.

4. Asset Management

 Protect that all working equipment is use to its appropriate function and well maintained.
 Report all defectives Asset and equipment to his direct manager.

6. Human Responsibilities

 Recommends to the higher authority in case of any disciplinary action or commendation to be


given to deserving employees.
 Disciplines the service staffs give in his/her shift in accordance to the policies and procedure
of Domino’s.
 Conducts on the job training for staff assigned in his/her shift.
 Motivates the staff to maintain their performance.

7. Technical Responsibilities

 Knowledgeable of all the standard operating procedures in the outlet.


 Capable of implementing consistently in his/her shift all the service standards confirmed for
the outlet.
 Checks at the start of the shift that all supplies in the station are complete or not.
 Checks from time to time the availability and requirement of seats greets guests and seats
guests.
 Recognizes quality product and presentation, in food and drinks.
 Presents menu, takes order, offers suggestions and promotes the specialties.
 Assists the service staff in the service of food and beverage
 Visits the guests in the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction.
 Handles guest complains professionally and needs
 Checks the correctness of the guest’s check before it is presented to the guest.
 Capable of operating all the equipment in the outlet.
 Implements the “clean as you go policy “and complying with cleaning schedule established.

The main responsibility of Domino’s Pizza Delivery Driver is to deliver the orders to the designated
places on time. Punctuality and honesty is the attitude required from applicants for this position.
Delivery Drivers are also expected to know how to read a basic road map because this will be handy
when it comes to looking for unfamiliar territory. The orders must be delivered right on time and given
to customers in a very courteous manner. It is also expected from Delivery Drivers to make sure that the
company’s delivery vehicles are well maintained before and after the shift.
Job Identification:

The members of the Domino’s drivers are required to perform on time delivers of food stuffs with
proper quality. They should have wide filed knowledge about different routes of their working
