One-Sample Statistics

This document contains the results of one-sample statistics tests on the shelf life, texture, and taste of a product. The tests show that for shelf life (mean of 4.7) and texture (mean of 4.6), the mean values are significantly different from the test value of 0 with 99.5% confidence. A separate test found the mean taste value (4.75) is also significantly different than 0 with high confidence.
