    Dear Sir/Madam:
    As part of our subject course ME 522 (Industrial Processes with Plant Inspection), we, the 5th
    year Mechanical Engineering students are conducting seminar which are essential in our
    professional field. This is with an objective of broadening our ideas and enhance our skills which
    relates to the different industries and processes involved, machineries and equipment use to
    produce their products including the safety practices in the company that will surely be beneficial
    to us.
    In connection with this, we are requesting to be allowed by your good office to be excused from
    wearing proper uniform on Saturday, February 23, 2019, for us to have proper clothing while
    attending the seminar in a comfortable manner.
    Attached herewith are the list of students who are enrolled in ME 522.
    We hope that this request will merit your most favorable response.
