    (Speaking session can be held between 7 days prior to the writing test
    date or 7 days after the writing test date. The speaking test day and
    time cannot be reschedule)

    Listening, Reading & Writing Test: 8.50 AM – 12.30 PM (Arrival Time:


    7.45 AM, No candidates will be allowed to enter the exam room
    after 08.50 AM.) If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to take
    the test and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

    Speaking Test: Please arrive 30 minutes before your interview time.

    Documents below must be taken with you on the test day :


    1 Original KTP or Passport, registered on the test online application (This is
    the only form of identity that will be accepted on the test day. If you do
    not do this you will not be allowed to take the test and will not be
    eligible for a refund or transfer)
    2 A copy in coloured (high quality) of the registered KTP or Passport on
    the test online application

    The ONLY item you can take into the examination room is your original ID
    document (clear water bottle may be brought inside the test room). Pencils,
    pens and erasers will be provided. All other personal belongings (including
    stationery, confirmation letters, papers, mobile phones, beepers and personal
    valuables) MUST be placed in the designated area outside the examination
    room.
    Your Test Report Form/ TRF will be released on Friday, 20th May 2016
    Please collect your TRF at our office address below by showing your original ID. If
    you ask someone to collect it for you, the person should come with a completed
    IELTS authorization form with the supporting documents required. (Please send an
    email request for this form to [email protected]).
