We are cordially endorsing STUDENT, a third year Accounting Technology student of the SCHOOL who has chosen your
prestigious company as a venue for Internship in compliance with her course requirements.

As part of her curriculum, Ms. Garcia is required to undergo 160 hours of training with the following learning goals:

1. Understand the accounting functions in the organization;


2. Improve her conceptual understanding of financial statements and reports;
3. Organize and maintain accurate accounting records and documents such as receipts, vouchers, POs, payables &
receivables and other similar forms used in various transactions;
4. Develop confidence in communicating with clients and people from across the organization;
5. Learn how to work effectively with a team; and
6. Observe business etiquette in the conduct of assigned duties and responsibilities.

Should you accept her as an intern, she shall be considered as such and not as a regular employee. However, under your
management, she will abide by the policies and guidelines set by the company to protect her welfare, ensure her safety and
achieve quality internship experience.

Since this training is part of the Academic Program, the Internship Coordinator will visit your office at any instance during the
agreed schedule of Internship to monitor the performance of our student. For any inquiry about our Internship Program,
