AFFIDAVIT

of .................................... do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under :
1. That in response to admission notice, I applied for admission to B.Ed. (Regular)
course in Baba Mungipa Vidya Peeth Education College, Bushan, Tosham (Bhiwani)
for the session 2018-20.
2. That I completed my UG.....................(Stream Name) or PG ..................(Subject Name)
as qualifying examination from ................................... university during the
session ............................and afterwards I got admission in ........................... course
from ...........................(Uni. Name) in the session .................................; after that,
I did not pursue any course.
3. The certified copies of educational qualification/ testimonials attached with the
application form, were issued by the competent authorized board/university and that
the documents attached with the admission form are genuine certified copies of
originals certificates.
4. That I shall not serve any institution on regular, adhoc, part time or temporary basis
during the session 2018-20.
5. That I shall completely devote my precious time to B.Ed. course and attend classes
regularly.
6. That I own responsibility regarding the correctness of all the testimonials/certificates
and documents attached with the application form for admission and in case of any of
the documents/testimonials/certificate is found fake, I shall be liable for all
consequences and criminal proceedings too.
7. That I shall not claim refund of fees if admission gets cancelled due to reasons
mentioned above.
8. That I shall deposit all of my fee installments with due date and not left B.Ed. course
in-between. In case I do so, the college is liable to claim full fee as is prescribed by
the university.
