GUIDELINES REPORT

• Times New Roman & Double spacing


• Cover page should include name & title as well as USM Logo
• The title can be rewrite as long as close related to the original given title
• Followed by Table of content
• Freely to brief / discuss / explain etc (need to show your effort in writing – avoid copy & paste).
• Need to include 1 journal (related to title) at the end of the report (before references)

 Tables – All tables must be centered on the page & close to the related discussion. Each table
must bear a caption above the table.
 Figures – Each figure must bear a caption below the figure. Figures should be placed very close to
the related discussion.

• List of References should be included at the end of the report


• Followed by minute of meeting
• Total page = within 15-25 pages
• Submit on 13 Oct 2017 (in class)
