3. construct correct sentence structure for each content.

SET INDUCTION: (5 minutes)

1. Teacher greets students.


2. Teacher takes the attendance.

ACTIVITY 1:(30 minutes)


Activities:
1. Teacher introduces today’s lesson which is a Speech.
2. Teacher teaches the format of Speech such as greeting the audience, introduce oneself as
speaker and also the position, mention the purpose of the speech and end the speech
appropriately.
3. Teacher shows a few samples of introduction and ending.
4. Teacher writes on the whiteboard a few samples of correct ways to construct sentences for
Content points.
ACTIVITY 1:(30 minutes)

1. Teacher distributes sample essay on Speech to Students.


2. Students are asked to highlight all the content points.
3. Teacher distribute Worksheet 1 and asks Students to form 4 groups to complete the essay.
4. Students are asked to present the task in Lesson 3.

CONCLUSION (5 minutes)
1. Teacher sums up the lesson.
