Lab Report

This document provides a rubric to evaluate lab reports across several categories: question/purpose, experimental hypothesis, materials, procedures, data, analysis, and conclusion. Each category is ranked on a scale of 1 to 4, with 4 being the highest quality. A report that scores in the 4 category for each section would have a clear purpose and hypothesis, accurately described materials and procedures, professional presentation of data, logical analysis of relationships between variables, and a conclusion that discusses whether findings supported the hypothesis and what was learned.
