Spreadsheet 5

This document contains the results of an experiment measuring the young modulus of an unknown material. A graph shows the extension of the material increasing linearly with additional mass. The slope of the line of best fit was used to calculate the young modulus. A second experiment measured the extension of a copper sample with increasing mass. These results also showed a linear relationship that was used to calculate properties of the copper.
