CTD200 Series Card Dispenser Start Guide

This document provides instructions for adjusting the card gate on a CTD-200 series card dispenser. It includes 6 steps: 1) loosen the gate lock screw, 2) slide a card under the gate tip, 3) adjust the gate knob until the gate tip barely presses the card, 4) test with a second card, 5) tighten the lock screw, and 6) test dispensing several cards and readjust if needed. Figure 7 API Programming Issues:
1. Loosen Gate Lock Screw (see Figure 5)
2. Slide ONE card forward under the gate tip, until it will not go [email protected]
any farther forward. (See Figure 7)
3. Pull out & turn the Gate Adjust Knob (Figure 6) until the Web Site:

4. Gently slide a 2nd card (see Figure 7) over 1st card to gate
tip area to ensure that it will not go under the gate tip. Latest Revision: May 1, 2006
5. Push in the Gate Adjust Knob, and tighten the Gate Lock
screw.
6. Test the card dispenser with at least 5 cards and re-adjust
the gate tip if necessary.

This dispense button is used to test the card dispenser
operation, as well as assisting with the card gate adjustment.
